Automated Audio Conferencing you eliminate the need to make a
reservation for those day-to-day conference calls.
Easy to start,
simple to use
Simply invite
your participants to join your meeting at a designated time. Supply
them with the toll free (Participants in
US or Canada) or toll (International Participants) access
number along with your Participant Pass Code. Upon the start of your
conference, your participants will be placed on music hold. When
you are ready to start your conference
simply dial the toll free access number and enter your Host Pass
Code. After receiving the
prompt to state your name you are now ready to start
your conference. Easy to use enhanced features such as muting and
roll calls are available for your use throughout your
conference.
You're

Manage your
meetings and participants with simple function props through your
phone or via the Internet with simple "point" and "click" commands.
See your participants on screen as they connect. You also have the
ability to impose additional security by restricting access to your
call and can move participants to sub conference rooms individually
or as a group.

Introduced in North America in the early 90’s,
this form of audio conferencing is
available to the end user on an “on-demand” basis.
Our customer will initially order a "virtual meeting room" available
at any time via secured PIN code.
Enhanced services are available but only those that are integrated
with the technology platform and are of an automated nature.
No reservations are required and access numbers remain the same.
At the time of the conference, the end user simply dials an access
number, enters a PIN and then proceeds to establish connectivity either by
calling out participants or having the participant dial in to the meeting.
While
all of the non-chargeable enhanced services are available, they are performed
solely by the moderator of the meeting (the customer).
With respect to the chargeable enhanced services, only Q&A and Remote
Replay are available within this environment.
