Invoices can be prepared on a weekly (Audio Services) or monthly basis (Web and Video Services), to help you facilitate prompt recovery of reimbursable teleconferencing expenditures and track usage.  Standard mail, facsimile transmission and electronic media are all available.

Digital Billing Transmission

World Class Conferencing offers the most comprehensive reporting and billing capability in the industry today.  Our systems have been designed for companies who require information spanning from the top-level summaries down to end-user detail.  Our "drill down" features are available in an easy to understand worksheet format, and can be accessed online or sent at the end of your billing cycle.

Online Reporting

Our Online Reporting feature provides "instant access" to your call usage.  Available 24 x 7, this secure system is ideal for companies who require detailed information on their call usage before the hardcopy reports have arrived at the end of their billing cycle.  Drill down features are available in an easy to understand worksheet format. 

Customized Detailed Invoices

Every invoice may include:

  • Names of all participants for Attended calls

  • Conference date and entry time 

  • Conference type (Dial-in, 800 Dial-in, Dial-Out, Automated, combination) 

  • Contact who booked the reservation (Automated only)

  • Conference topic 

  • Client-matter number or Cost Center Code 

  • Department number or authors 

Evaluate Usage And Recommend Greater Efficiencies

Cost Center Summary

A chronological summary of conference calling activity is available by cost center, department number or client-matter number.  Up to three different Cost Center reports are available for each customer.

Conference Call Detail Report

All information on individual calls, including:

  • Invoice number

  • Conference date

  • Conference type (Dial-in, 800 Dial-in, Dial-Out, Automated, combination)

  • Minutes on-line

  • Participant names for Attended calls

  • Charges

  • Contact who booked the reservation (Automated only)

  • Any notational information

Monthly or Weekly Activity Report

A monthly or weekly summary of calling activity, including an analysis of service access charges is available upon request.

Payment Invoice

A monthly or weekly payment invoice will display a chronological summary of conference calling activity during that period.
